Rob and Dana Fultz

Rob and Dana Fultz serve primarily Central and Eastern European nations and have traveled extensively ministering to churches and leaders. Our ministry focuses on the development, training, and equipping of leaders who are passionate about reaching the next generation in their churches and organizations. We provide experienced, proven, researched, and action-centered solutions that speak directly to the heart and the issues facing leaders. We help leaders move beyond knowledge to activation. We do this by enhancing organizational culture, team chemistry, and talent development.

Married for 28 years with two amazing sons (Caleb and Ethan and daughter-in-law Anna), we have leadership and pastoral experience in churches that range from 100-25000 in weekly attendance. Rob’s doctoral work focused on redemptive leadership development, with an emphasis on next-generation engagement. In our ministry, we have spent nearly 25 years investing in youth and young adults and assisting senior and executive level leaders build bridges to the next-generation. In addition to missions work, Rob serves as the Executive Director of C2NextGen.

Our project, The Exiles MVMT launched in 2019 and has personally baptized over 500 young adults who have responded to a call of vocational ministry or missions. Our focus on intercessory prayer and a revival-focused approach was a catalyst for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit that happened at Lee University in 2023 while Rob was Campus Pastor. It was a moment that radically shaped our lives and ministry and propelled us to seek revival and awakening in the next-generation.
