When asked to describe his ministry, Bishop Brown responds that he desires to be an encourager. Indeed, he is a positive and inspirational motivator that carries the love of people close to his heart. Leading with a visionary mindset is a lifelong model for Bishop Brown. His philosophy of ministry is to give more than he takes. He is a pastor at heart and leads with intentionality.

He has served as the Administrative Bishop for Alabama (2024-2026), Florida (2018-2024), Texas (2016-2018), Missouri (2012-2016), and Rocky Mountain Region (2006-2012). In addition, he served in the Alabama State Offices as State Ministries Coordinator (2001-2006). Bishop Brown served 20+ years in pastoral ministry in Alabama and Tennessee. 

Bishop Brown has served on the Pentecostal Theological Seminary Board of Trustees and the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries Board of Trustees. Previously, he has served as a member of the International Executive Council of Eighteen and the Chairman for the Heart of Florida Youth Ranch. Additionally, he served as the Chairman for the International Discipleship Board and a member of the  Church of God Publications Board. In Alabama and Tennessee, he has served on the State Council. While pastoring in Tennessee, he served on the Youth and Discipleship Board. Furthermore, he has served as the Volunteer Trainer for Chaplains for Jefferson, County, AL, as a Chaplain for Knox County, TN, the City of Knoxville, and as a Chaplain for the State Highway Patrol in Colorado.

Bishop Brown attended West Coast Bible College, Lee University, and the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. Bishop Brown and Rhonda, his wife, have two sons: Brock (Johana), and  Brandon (Angel), and one grandson, Rhys.
