Thomas Gillum has served as a Missions Representative for Church of God World Missions since 2018. He has served as Administrative Bishop of South Carolina, Missouri, and the North Central Region. His ministry journey includes 21 years pastoring at the Leavittsburg Church of God in Ohio and State Director of Evangelism and Home Missions in Northern Ohio.

Bishop Gillum graduated from Lee University with a degree in Pastoral studies. He then received his Masters degree in Missions from the Theological Seminary in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Exhibiting a pastor’s heart in all he sets his hand to accomplish, his ministry has spanned 43 years. Tom has always had a love for missions. Though his role did not follow a path as a missionary, his desire was to fulfill God's call on his life. Gillum now serves the missionary on the field and educates congregations across the US through World Missions.

Thomas and his wife Cathy have three children, Christa (& Kevin), Tricia (& Skylar), and Michael (& Brittany). They have eight grandchildren, Cole, Cullen, Crosby, Cavanaugh, Eliza, Shaddix, Libby, and Noah Thomas.
