Pauline Justice serves as Executive Assistant to the General Director of World Missions. Prior to joining the World Missions team, she worked at the North Cleveland Church of God as assistant to the senior pastor for 13 years and at Church of God Publications as executive assistant to the general director for almost 29 years.

Born into a Church of God family and giving her heart to the Lord at the age of six, Pauline attended the Wilmington, Delaware Church of God before coming to Cleveland, Tennessee, to attend Lee College (now University). She met Garth Justice at Lee, and they married and had a son, Garth II. Following Garth’s death from leukemia, she married his brother, Tom, and they had a daughter, Deanna. Now married for 45 years, and with both children happily married, Pauline and Tom are the proud grandparents of Trey, Leah, and Lauren.

Pauline is honored to be part of the World Missions family and considers it a privilege to serve the Lord and His people in this vital and rewarding ministry.
