Matthew Propes is the Coordinator of Emerging Leaders International and the Coordinator of Language Acquisition for Church of God World Missions. Prior to this assignment, he served for 16 years as a state/regional youth and discipleship director and has served as lead pastor, associate pastor, youth pastor, college and career pastor, and evangelist.

He is a graduate of Lee University (2007), and is student at both the Pentecostal Theological Seminary in the Master of Theological Studies program and the University of Georgia in the Master of Education in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages/World Language Education program.
