Yes, you can give your donations through the local church designated for the project or missionary you wish to support. The local church will keep a record of your giving for tax purposes, and a receipt can be obtained from the local church. A tax receipt is not sent from Church of God World Missions to individuals who give through the local church.

However, you can also give online and select the box "I would like my church to get credit."  Your tax receipt will then come from World Missions, and your local church will also get credit.
