As Field Director, I serve as the driving force behind the strategic leadership and administration that fuels the ministries across Africa. My role encompasses providing visionary oversight and decisive guidance to the Africa Council, Regional Superintendents, National Overseers, Missionaries, Evangelists, Church Planters, Project Coordinators, and leaders of Youth, Children, Education, and Pastoral ministries. United by a compelling vision—Engaging the Culture, Equipping the Believer, and Empowering the Disciples—together we are advancing the Kingdom of God with passion, purpose, and power.

Jackie and I are called to Africa through the Africa Missions Initiative. Our prayer is to stand at the heart of revival in the last-day harvest of God’s kingdom. Having ministered worldwide since before our 1980 marriage, we’ve never seen a greater opportunity than Africa. We know anything worth having demands overcoming challenges. This initiative is a dream ready to be lived—a life transformed by the powerful reality of God’s promises in this vibrant, harvest-ready land. Our adult children, their spouses, seven grandchildren, and a host of friends and family stand united with us in prayer.

Since 1980, I’ve served as evangelist, pastor, worship leader, director, and now as Founder of Instruments of Hope and President of Dusty Wilson Ministries. Thousands of lives have been transformed through this lifelong journey, yet our greatest days lie ahead. Fueled by faith and vision, we press forward, ready to ignite even greater impact and unleash God’s power like never before. With our vision for souls, church planting, and education, we are prepared to reach the African harvest.
