On January 12, 2010 Haiti was devastated with a 7.0 earthquake. At least 24 after shocks occurred. Former General Director Lovell and Ginny Cary and missionary Lloyd Frazier were in Haiti during the time of the earthquake.

The Carys and Frazier were traveling from the airport with Overseer Joseph to the national conference ground. A 20 foot wall collapsed on their car. The overseer was killed. The others escaped out of the damaged car and walked with luggage to the compound where they spent the first night in a truck.

Lloyd Frazier, along with his wife Edna, served as missionaries in Haiti for 22 years. To watch a video interview from Brother Frazier click here.
